1. Tell us what products you want to purchase:

If you wish to place the order over phone, our purchase team will assist you to register your account on line and placing order.

2. We will check availability of the Product you ordered:

As soon as we receive order you will get email confirmation, and our dedicated purchase team will source the same. We will give the total cost which includes GST & Other charges including courier and all the relative information about the product you are interested to buy by mail and also over the phone. We will process your order after we receive the payment.

3. If you approve the purchase:

Once you approve the purchase and process the payment. We will procure it immediately. If the ordered item is not available at the time of buying, we will notify you how much time we may require to procure the same or if the part quantity is available We will purchase what is available after your confirmation and time require to procure the balance quantity (Note: The Delivery Charges may apply for both times).

4. Delivery or Logistic details:

As soon as we receive the products we will start processing to courier the same immediately. As it mutually agreed at the time of placing the Order. We will give you all the relevant details of the same.

5. Delivery or Logistic Service Only:

Suppose if you purchase the product from your retailer directly and is not able to deliver the same we can do the same. Our logistic team will decide the amount. Once you agreed to pay the same. The product will be delivered as mutually agreed.

6. Tracking the shipment:

To keep the cost of shipping low our basic shipping service does not include tracking. Tracking is available at a premium. If you would like tracking, then you can request it. After you have processed your order and we have mailed it to you, you will receive an email with your tracking number and shipping agent information so you may track your shipment online. Please note that there will be some lag time between the time you process the order and we purchase it for you as we still need to receive it.
